Introduction

As a water-based paint, water-based intumescent fire-retardant paint has excellent environmental protection characteristics, used to protect steel structures, and is especially suitable for occasions where aesthetics is important.

Recipe details

Preparation

(1) Add the dehydration catalyst, foaming agent, char-forming agent and appropriate amount of water to the sand mill (or ball mill, colloid mill), disintegrate and mix uniformly, and sieve to obtain slurry a;
(2) Stir the paint additives and appropriate amount of water in the mixing tank to obtain liquid b;
(3) Stir the pigments and fillers and appropriate amount of water in the mixing tank to obtain slurry c; the total water consumption in the coating is the solids in the coating 30%~60% of the content.
