TOKYO, Oct.
20 (Sputnik) -- Japan's imports of cereals from Russia fell by 81.
9 percent in September, compared with a 70.
5 percent
drop in the first half of fiscal 2022, which began in April, according to Japan's Ministry of Finance.

Russian vegetable exports to Japan fell by 76.
7% in September, but increased by 10.

in April-September 2022.

Although Japan did not import Russian meat products in September, imports of meat and meat products increased by 300% in the first half of
the fiscal year.

Russian fruit exports to Japan also showed a significant increase in the first half of the year, increasing by 912.
