Introduction: Du Qinglin, Minister of the Ministry of agriculture, signed the order No 13, No 14 and No 15 of the Ministry of agriculture on May 24, and issued the measures for the administration of animal immune labeling, the measures for the administration of animal quarantine and the measures for the administration of the examination of animal epidemic prevention conditions The three measures shall be implemented as of July 1, 2002; Articles 17, 18, 19, 20 and 26 of the administrative measures for animal immune labeling shall be implemented as of October 1, 2002.
