From manuscript analysis, toning, to scraping, each step has strict requirements on the use of ink, and the soft package factory cannot reduce the requirements because of factors such as saving trouble

    01.

In order to obtain the same image and text color of the original manuscript, it is necessary to analyze which color ink the original manuscript is composed of, and then analyze the color composition of a certain color ink.

    02.

Try to use the same hue and the same type of setting ink when mixing, because its saturation is higher than that of a blend of two color inks

When toning, the hue, density and saturation have an influence on each other.

When toning, in order to obtain light-colored ink while keeping the viscosity of the ink unchanged, a thinner can be used

    03.

For light-colored ink, use white ink or diluting agent as a high priority, supplemented by other inks.

    04.

For dark ink blending, use primary color ink or secondary color ink; put the primary color ink (one color ink with the largest proportion) into the ink tank, and gradually add the auxiliary color ink to blend evenly.

    05.

Correct use of complementary color relationship when color toning, for example:

    1) When blending intermediate colors or diluting primary color inks, try to avoid mixing of complementary color inks, otherwise the color saturation will decrease and the color will become dark due to the increased decolorizing components

    2) The principle of subtractive color complementation can be used to correct the color when the color shift occurs

    3) The principle of additive color complementation can also be used to adjust the hue: when the reddish blue ink needs to be changed to yellowish, only a small amount of green ink needs to be added to the ink, because the red light and green light reflected from the ink are mixed to form yellow light, reddish The blue ink becomes yellowish

    4) Cyan can eliminate the yellow tones in the white, and a small amount of ultramarine can be added to make the white ink original white

    06.
    Scratch

Note when scraping the sample: the color of the black ink before and after drying is different, and the result of the inspection will be correct only after the black ink is dried
    .
The base material used for scratching should be the same as the original to avoid color difference.
The lighting conditions are very important when matching colors and should be consistent with the current original
