The Trade Remedy Bureau of Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade pointed out that the preliminary results of the DOC’s review showed that NTSF had no dumping activities and therefore did not need to pay anti-dumping duties; ESS paid US$3.
87 per kilogram of anti-dumping duties, and Green Farms paid US$1.
