After investigation:

Defendant Ying Xa: For the purpose of profit-making, he charged a total of 73,000 yuan for the card processing personnel, including Jiang Xumou, Lu Xumou, etc.

Defendants Ni XX, Tang XX, Dai XX: For the purpose of making profit, Dai XX collected the certificate processing fees of Dai XX, Yu Hongbin and other three persons, totaling 45,000 yuan, and Tang XX received Dai A total of 40,500 yuan for the license fee, Ni XX’s total fee of 36,000 yuan for Tang XX, through the defendant Yang Jia for the “junior pharmacist card” for the license officer, the three illegally profited a total of 0.

Drugstore personnel were held criminally responsible for buying and selling certificates

After the incident, the Jiaxing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau seized 39 "Junior Pharmacist Certificates" involved in the case.

It was also found that the defendants Yang Mojia, Ying Mojia, Dai Mojia, Tang Moumou, Ni Moumou, etc.

Based on the relevant evidence, the court held that the defendants Yang Mojia, Ma Momo, Dong Mojia, Ying Mojia, Ni Moumou, Tang Moumou, and Dai Moumou bought and sold multiple state agency certificates, the number of which was 68 and 68 respectively.

On June 24, the new version of the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Licensed Pharmacists" was issued and clearly stipulated that licensed pharmacists should properly keep the "Practicing Pharmacist Registration Certificate" and shall not buy, sell, rent or alter; if the "Registration Certificate of Licensed Pharmacist" is forged, the drug supervision and administration department After discovery, it shall be confiscated on the spot and held accountable; if a crime is constituted, it shall be transferred to relevant departments for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law
