For anti-fouling requirements, fluorosilicon resins and additives are generally used in formulations, however, many fluorosilicon resins because of the needs of the synthesis process will contain some solvents, can not be used in ink, flooring and other solvent-free system applications .
Runo Chemical Technology Center last year developed a 100 percent solid-containing anti-fouling resin, FSP8658, which, although solvent-free, has some special odors that cannot be used in applications that require a high odor. Then for low odor, solvent-free anti-fouling requirements, we further upgrade and improve the product, recently successfully developed a low odor all-solid anti-fouling resin - LuCure8696, which is a three-function fluorosilicon modified acrylic.

market many fluorine modified or silicon modified resins are high-level resin, high cross-link density is more conducive to anti-graffiti, fingerprint resistance and other requirements, but also will make the brittle increase, do the main resin when bending easy to collapse paint or adhesion drop, can not meet the toughness requirements of higher applications. LuCure8696 is a three-function resin with a moderate crosslink density and HB hardness to meet good wear and scraping requirements, while its main chain is polyurethane, with excellent toughness. At the same time, LuCure8696 has a high reaction activity, the measured 300mJ/cm2 can be dried, can meet the construction requirements of different applications.
Resumability
persistence of anti-fouling effect is also an important material indicator, by adding silicon fluorine additives to improve the coating of anti-graffiti solutions, often less persistent, small molecule additives easy migration led to a significant reduction in anti-fouling effect. LuCure8696 chain contains fluorosilicon structure, because it is not compatible with the main chain and the proportion is low, so that the fluorosilicon structure naturally migrates to the coating surface to form nanosynthtic microstructures to achieve anti-fouling effect, such anti-fouling effect is more durable. LuCure8696 is also more compatible than some fluorine modified resins.

compatible with
