On the evening of September 6, Longping Hi-Tech, a seed company, issued an announcement showing that the issuance review committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission reviewed its application for non-public issuance of shares, but it failed to pass the review

On July 9, Longping High-Tech announced that the total amount of funds raised by the proposed issuance will not exceed 1.

Regarding whether the fixed increase was denied, Longping High-Tech said that as of the announcement date, no official written documents have been received from the CSRC and will be announced separately after receiving the CSRC’s decision not to approve the document
