: Our provincial research and development center has been established for 10 years, and the corresponding coating testing center has also obtained the certificate of inspection and testing institutions of China Class Society. A few years ago, we also set up a small shallow sea raft paint inspection station in the offshore, for the research and development center anti-fouling paint hanging plate test, at any time to compare the effect of anti-fouling paint monitoring. At present, the research and development focus of fish children, mainly concentrated in the coating products environmentally friendly and long-lasting anti-corrosion, anti-fouling aspects, including water-based heavy anti-corrosion coatings above the ship's waterline, graphene and other new materials, such as graphene-zinc powder long-lasting anti-corrosion coatings have also entered the experimental stage. As for the results, representative products are mainly in line with the "GB/T 35602-2017 green product evaluation" in the environmental protection of marine epoxy corrosion-resistant coatings and solvent-free epoxy drinking water tank paint, these products have been through the ship's many applications, widely recognized by customers. Environmentally friendly marine epoxy anti-corrosion coatings also have the characteristics of versatility, extra-long anti-corrosion, rust coating, low temperature curing and so on, which solves the difficult problems of traditional marine coatings which cannot be constructed in winter and surface treatment difficulties. Solvent-free epoxy water tank paint because it does not contain volatile organic solvents, to avoid the traditional solvent-based coating easy to cause personal and safety hazards, while eliminating the presence of residual solvents. We all know that the marine corrosion environment is the most demanding, the product requirements are very high, fish children based on the development of marine paint, product corrosion resistance has been in the forefront of the industry. Industry has a saying: three points paint seven points of construction, our products will also take into account rust coating, low temperature curing, wet curing and other characteristics, through product performance and construction coating dual protection products anti-corrosion performance, this is our greatest advantage. For new products and technologies that are still in the development process, the appropriate standards should set goals or limits in stages. What he needs is comprehensive knowledge, comprehensive ability, he will take care of the enterprise in an orderly manner, and constantly improve the overall quality, guide the enterprise to the road of sustainable development. Of course, it is best to come from a chemical profession. A few years ago, fish children introduced the excellent performance model that the Government has been pushing for, and I am deeply touched by this.
