1.
There is noise in operation; Use a wrench to properly adjust the tightness of the nut on the instrument, not too tightly; If not, remove the instrument housing and clean the inside, replace it with a new
one if it still doesn't work after cleaning.
2.
When the nitrogen pressure does not reach the set value, the flow meter should be observed
.
If the flow rate display is larger than usual, it is basically possible to conclude that there is a gas leakage problem in the entire system; Turn off the power supply, remove the gas circuit, the nitrogen outlet needs to be sealed with a sealing nut, and then turn on the power of the nitrogen generator to see if the pressure can reach the set value, and see if the flow display can reach "000", if the flow rate display can return to zero, it indicates that there is no gas leakage
in the instrument itself.
After that, check the pipes behind the outlet and whether the gas equipment is leaking
.
If the flow rate display cannot return to zero, there is an air leak
.
3.
During the operation of the high-purity nitrogen generator, the instrument shows that the high pressure cannot reach the set value; This is due to air leakage and therefore requires comprehensive leak testing
of air circuits, especially in drying chambers and batteries.

It cannot work when the system is turned on, and the display board is not displayed; Check that the power supply is sufficient, that the plug is plugged in, and then that the safety is intact and that the meter display board cable plug is plugged in
.
The fuse is in the wire socket on the back of the instrument
.
It can be pried out using a small screwdriver or a sharp metal tool to see if the indicator light on the instrument's circuit board is lit
.
If not, check if the fuse on the board is burned
.
If burned, replace insurance 3A
.
If it does not appear after replacement, replace the power supply
.
5.
Display "000" when opening; Check the rear air input terminal of the instrument for gas input
.
6.
10 minutes after starting, the display screen displays the number, but there is no pressurization and no gas output; Check whether the plug of the high purity nitrogen generator is loose and measure the plug
with a meter.
If there is no 220V voltage, replace the power supply
.
