Preparation (1) Check the electrical switch of the equipment, the indication of the meter, and whether the transmission of the equipment is normal

(3) Turn on the power switch of the machine, turn on the speed control switch, the inverter operation panel screen will display the set frequency, then press the RUN key, the inverter will work, and the motor speed will gradually reach the set value

 　　(4) Run the machine empty for 2 minutes, check whether the equipment and mechanical transmission structure are normal, and whether the running sound is normal, and then start production

Open the water inlet valve first, fill the liquid storage tank with water, open the non-salt water valve, open the water for injection valve, the spraying is normal, turn on the water pump switch, fill the ultrasonic cleaning tank with water, adjust the water inlet so that the Keep a certain water level in the tank (it is strictly forbidden to open the ultrasonic wave below the water level), and open the air valve

When the water level in the tank reaches the specified water level, turn on the ultrasonic switch, and the ultrasonic cleaner enters the bottle washing state

 　　(3) When there is a stuck bottle, first press the STOP button to stop, check the stuck bottle, clean up the broken bottle in time, adjust the bottle wheel, and then start the production
