new generation of yellow-phase iron oxide pigments is the perfect complement to the hot-selling range of pigment products produced by LANXESS over 90 years at its Krefeld-Udingen production site in Germany using the Lux process.
based on independent testing by the top paint manufacturers over the past year, LANSA has adapted its Bayer 500 range based on customer feedback. The company passed the final standard and all trial products were renamed as regular products, including yellow iron oxide pigments from Bayer 504, 509, 511 and 522.
recognized color consistency and stringent product standards ensure that the next generation of yellow-phase red pigments can be used in a long-term and effective way in a wide range of common coating systems.all of Lansheng's new Bayer Le products are produced at its Ningbo production site, which was awarded the "National Green Factory" certification by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) earlier this year. The factory adopts strict environmental standards for inorganic pigments, and the product covers the entire red color spectrum range of iron oxide red pigments from the intermediate to the yellow phase.
