    On December 21, 2022, the Ministry of Food and Drug Administration (MFDS) of Korea released the test method
    for sweeteners in dried seaweed.
    For the steviol glycosides and rebudidin A that may be added to dried seaweed, they were detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) after water extraction, in which the detection limit of steviol glycoside was 2.
    5mg/kg, and the detection limit of rebuddiside A was 3.
