System to ensure traceability of salt, in accordance with the law to crack down on the production and sale of counterfeit and inferior salt and salt doping, adulteration, non-edible salt as edible salt sales, production and operation without labels or labels do not comply with laws, regulations, regulations and food safety standards of salt and other illegal acts.
For the problems found in the inspection that cannot be sustained to maintain the requirements of food production licensing conditions, urge the territory regulatory authorities to order enterprises to immediately rectify, and seriously deal with serious circumstances such as refusing to carry out rectification, passively coping with or still not meeting the requirements of food production licensing conditions after rectification.
Since this year, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Measures for the Administration of Food Production Permits, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Salt Quality and Safety, and the provisions of the State Administration of Market Supervision, has carefully organized a review, and has issued food production licenses for four salt-based production enterprises in Jiangxi Fidelity Salt Co., Ltd., China Salt New Dry Salt Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Jingyu Salt Co., Ltd.
