　　Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Administration for Market Supervision has organized catering food , processed grain products, meat products , edible agricultural products , edible oils and fats and their products, condiments , beverages , alcohol , special dietary foods, bee products , potatoes and puffed products.
A total of 1016 batches of food in 12 categories of food and fruit products were supervised and sampled .
A total of 10 batches of unqualified food were detected in 4 categories of food, edible agricultural products, beverages, potatoes and puffed food, involving microbial contamination, veterinary drug residues and biotoxins .
