Under the vigorous promotion of Jiangsu Province, among the 9 pilot demonstration units of China's smart chemical parks currently in my country, Jiangsu Province occupies five seats and has achieved remarkable results.

Zhejiang Province: In 2017, the "Zhejiang Province Hazardous Chemical Safety Comprehensive Management Implementation Plan" was issued, requiring "speeding up the construction of smart parks".
In Zhejiang Province's "Implementation Opinions on the Structural Adjustment of the Petrochemical Industry to Promote Transformation and Increase Benefits", it is required to build a pilot smart chemical park and increase financial support.
At present, two Zhejiang parks have been selected as pilot demonstration units of China's smart chemical parks.

Shandong Province: In 2020, the “Digital Shandong 2020 Action Plan” was issued, requiring “to accelerate the construction of smart chemical parks.
Before the end of the year, chemical parks and key monitoring points hazardous chemical storage tanks shall be equipped with uninterrupted information collection and monitoring equipment in accordance with standards.
