For the above selected food production and operation, the Jiangmen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau determined the sampling quantity and testing items of each household according to the "2022 Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Implementation Rules" of the State Administration of Market Supervision and the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and completed the sampling at the end of August and the testing
of the samples in September.
The sampled food in this period mainly includes 15 categories such as meat products, pastries, tea and related products, biscuits, condiments, edible agricultural products, etc.
