Oct 4, 2020 /--- According to a recent study, drugs that lower blood pressure, especially ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II blockers, can reduce mortality from influenza and pneumonia.
this is the main finding of a new study published in Journal of The American Heart Association.
study, researchers compared the mortality rates of 500,000 Danish patients admitted to hospital with influenza and pneumonia in Denmark between 2005 and 2018.
