The basis of hemophilia treatment is the treatment of coagulation factor deficiencies
The aim of this study was to systematically review the literature on risk assessment models (RAMs) and risk factors for regular bleeding prevention with PWH
The purpose of this study was to systematically review the literature on risk assessment models (RAMs) and risk factors for regular bleeding prevention with PWH
We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews from inception to August 2019
Of the 1843 search results, 10 studies met the inclusion criteria
Thus, the results of this study suggest that plasma coagulation factor levels and bleeding history should be used as the basis for derivation analysis when constructing a PWH bleeding RAM, and the role of other risk factors including antithrombotic therapy and obesity should be explored
