Psoriasis is caused by a variety of factors.
It is characterized by hyperproliferation of the epidermis and erythema with silver scales on the surface of the skin, and is accompanied by a variety of diseases
    .

Although the cause is not clear, more and more evidence shows that genetic factors play a key role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis

Approximately 80 susceptibility genes have been shown to be related to psoriasis

In this study, we used 5 independent data sets to conduct a meta-analysis of psoriasis genotype data in the Chinese population to explore new susceptibility loci, including 45,836 individuals with unrelated genome-wide genotypes (19,349 psoriasis patients and 26,487 healthy controls), from 5 independent epidemiological cohorts: 3 published (10M capture sequencing, Human610-Quad BeadChip, whole exome journal pre-validation sequencing)
    .

On the basis of the GWMA results, we use FUMA GW AS as a tool and ASIA database as a reference board to search for functional maps and annotations of genes related to psoriasis (FUMA GW AS, FUMA GW AS)
    .

Based on these independent SNPs, a total of 42 lead SNPs (R2<0.

In gene enrichment analysis, genes with the same biological function are grouped and their relevance to diseases is evaluated
    .

Gene enrichment analysis of 86 localized genes showed that these genes were significantly enriched in peptide cross-linking, keratinization envelope, PID IL23 pathway, epidermal development, keratinization envelope formation and cytokine receptor activity

The journal’s pre-proven studies have shown that the formation and maintenance of psoriasis plaques require the combined action of multiple cells
    .

These inflammatory mediators play an important role in the pathophysiology of psoriasis, and these pathways have been shown to be related to psoriasis

    immunity

Studies have shown that psoriasis can be treated with phototherapy
    .

TEAD3 participates in the pathway of RUNX3 regulating YAP1-mediated transcription, and YAP1 is a transcriptional cofactor in the Hippo pathway

IL21 is involved in the JAK-STAT signal transduction pathway
    .

Studies have shown that mutations in JAK and STAT genes cause many immunodeficiency syndromes, and the polymorphisms of these genes are related to autoimmune diseases

Next, we use LDAK to calculate the heritability of all reported sites, significant sites in new sites, and an incidence rate of 0.
    0047 in new sites
    .

The results showed that the heritability of the new locus was 0.
