Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells are a promising treatment for hematological malignancies.

Subjects with relapsed/refractory MM were included in the study and were transduced with autologous T cells lentiviral.

CART-BCMA cells from all subjects were prepared and expanded.

In summary, the results of this study show that CART-BCMA infusion combined with or without lymphatic ablation chemotherapy can effectively treat relapsed MM patients.
