Objective: The ability to regulate the development of B cells has long been thought to have therapeutic potential

Methods: ANTI-BAFF and ANTI-CD20 monoclonal antibodies

Results: The data showed that B cell depletion levels with drug combinations increased compared to the use of drugs alone, leading to significantly more effective clinical and serological responses

In summary, the data show that dual B-cell targeted therapy against BAFF and anti-CD20 not only leads to efficient depletion of B cells in peripheral blood and tissues, but also leads to significant clinical improvement
