On December 21, the CDE official website released the "Start-up Procedures for Drug Registration Verification and Inspection (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as "Start-up Procedures"), which will be implemented on January 1, 2022

CDE clarified that registration applications accepted from the date of implementation of the "Start-up Procedure" shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of this procedure
CDE pointed out that for registration applications that meet the scope of Article 6 of the "Start-up Procedures", a full set of application materials CD-ROMs should be submitted simultaneously at the time of acceptance
It should be noted that applicants should understand in detail the procedures and time limit requirements stipulated in the "Start-up Procedures", and prepare in advance the relevant materials required for the initiation of registration verification
