The new setting will ensure fast and accurate service to customers through improved logistics and products developed specifically for the US market.
The Belle Chasse production site in Louisiana will be closed.
Jotun Coatings will be headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Products will be provided by Jordan's overseas factories, while product development is still in the United States.
"We look forward to providing an optimized product portfolio for the US market to better meet customer needs.
Our new agile organization will also provide better delivery services.
