    There is growing evidence that purulent hidradenitis (HS) is associated


    The researchers conducted a comprehensive literature search at CINAHL, Embase, and Medline, from the beginning until February 14, 2020


     

    The results showed an increased incidence of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in HS patients compared to the general population (the prevalence of RA in the HS population was 0-4.


    Taken together, the findings suggest that the incidence of RA, spondyloarthritis (SpA), and PsA is relatively high
