Operation specifications of single person purification workbench: 1.
Check the operating environment of single person clean workbench such as ambient temperature, air quality, power supply, etc.

Place the equipment required for the experiment on the clean workbench, put sterilized materials such as culture medium on the left side, and put the tools on the right; 3.
Pull down the glass baffle and turn on the UV lamp irradiation for 30 minutes for surface sterilization; 4.
Turn off the UV lamp after 30 minutes, turn on the fan to adjust to the appropriate air volume, and turn on the lighting; 5.
Open the glass baffle to about 20cm high and two hands can be operated smoothly in the operating table, wipe the hands and table with 75% alcohol; 6.
Light the alcohol lamp, and strictly follow the aseptic operation specifications during the operation process; 7.
After the operation is completed, clean the experimental equipment out of the aseptic operation table, wipe the table with 75% alcohol, and turn off the lighting, fan and baffle; 8.
Turn off the UV lamp after turning on the UV lamp
for 15 minutes.
Second, the management specifications of the single purification workbench: 1.
Every time the clean workbench is used, the experimenter should first turn on the ultraviolet lamp on the clean workbench, and use it after 20 minutes of ultraviolet irradiation; 2.
Turn on the working power of the clean workbench, turn off the UV lamp, and wipe and disinfect the work surface with 75% alcohol or 0.
5% peracetic acid spraying; 3.
During the whole experiment, the experimental personnel should operate in accordance with the aseptic operating procedures; 4.
After the experiment, wipe the work surface with disinfectant, turn off the working power, and re-turn on the ultraviolet lamp for irradiation; 5.
In case of a failure of the unit, the animal laboratory should be notified immediately, and it will continue to be used after the personnel have passed the maintenance; 6.
Experimenters should pay attention to keeping the room tidy; 7.
The filter material of the single clean table is replaced once every 2 years, and a replacement record
is made.
