Information Circular on Food Safety Supervision and Sampling of Zhejiang Market Supervision Administration (No. 9 of 2020)

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling of 1070 batches of 13 categories of food products, such as grain processing products, cooking oil, oil and their products, condiments, pastries, canned goods, alcohol, tea and related products, convenience foods, aquatic products, bee products, biscuits, edible agricultural products and food and beverage products.
In accordance with the national standards for food safety inspection and determination, including sampling and inspection items qualified samples 1053 batches, non-conforming samples 17 batches (see annex), the detection of food additives over-limit over-range use, veterinary drug residues, microbial contamination, other pollutants, quality indicators are not up to standard.
specific circumstances are announced as follows: First, food additives over-limit over-range use (i) Haining Yu Excellent Food Co., Ltd. production of new year cakes, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salts do not meet the national standards for food safety.

(ii) Sanmen County Times United China Supermarket Co., Ltd. sales of black fish, furan ketone metabolites, oxyfluorosa star does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(iii) Wal-Mart East China Department Store Co., Ltd. Jiaxing Hongxing Road branch sales of live mackerel, oxyfluorosa star does not meet the national standards for food safety.

Wal-Mart East Department Store Co., Ltd. Jiaxing Hongxing Road Branch disputed the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;
(iv) Songyang County Wanjiahui Supermarket Co., Ltd. sales of large yellow fish, oxyfluorosa star does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(5) Taizhou City Huangyan Darunfa Commercial Co., Ltd. sales of bone-chilling chicken, sulfonamide (total) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

3, microbial pollution (i) Chongfu County Street Xu's pastry production of rose heavy hemp sugar, the total number of colonies, E. coli, mold does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(ii) Jiaxing has a fixed food Co. , Ltd. production of taro mashed stuffing, the total number of fallage does not meet the national standards for food safety.

4. Other pollutants (1) Zhejiang Yonghui Supermarket Co., Ltd. Zhangzhou Kecheng Branch sales of the label Qingdao Beiyang Food Co., Ltd. production of Yonghui preferably lion grilled cod fillets, N-Mdehyl nitrosamine does not meet the national standards for food safety.

, Qingdao Beiyang Food Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection, after the Ningbo Customs Technical Center re-inspection, to maintain the preliminary inspection conclusions.
(ii) China Resources Wanjia Life Supermarket (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. Zhoushan Lushan store sales of the label Zhoushan City Putuo District Zhougang Aquatic Co., Ltd. production of grilled squid silk, N-Mdehyl nitrosamine does not meet the national standards for food safety.

5, the quality index is not up to standard (1) Hangzhou Xiaoshan two brother grain and oil shop sales of the label Ningbo Dajiang Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. production of rapeseed oil, solvent residue does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(ii) Zhuji City Xiyuan red wine workshop production of Xiyuan cover burning, alcohol degree does not meet the product express standards and quality requirements.

(iii) open drunk wine shop production of sorghum wine, alcohol does not meet the express standards and quality requirements of the product.
inspection institutions for the Zhejiang Food and Drug Inspection Research Institute found in the sampling of non-conforming products, Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has tasked the relevant municipal market regulatory authorities to investigate and punish in accordance with the law.
requires Ningbo, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Zhangzhou, Zhoushan and other cities market regulatory authorities to urge food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analysis of the reasons for rectification; Immediately take off the shelves and other measures to control risks, require Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Zhangzhou, Taizhou, Lishui and other municipal market supervision and administration ordered the market openers of edible agricultural products centralized trading market to find out the purchase channels, origin and other information and report to the relevant departments, requiring the sellers of edible agricultural products to immediately stop the sale of non-conforming products and other measures to control the risk.
shall, within 7 days from the date of the issuance of the circular, announce the risk prevention and control measures to the public, and within 3 months report to the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration on the verification and disposal and make the announcement to the public.
