Information Circular on Food Safety Supervision and Sampling of Zhejiang Market Supervision Administration (No. 19 of 2020)

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration bureau organized 404 batches of 14 food products, including grain processing products, cooking oils, oils and fats and their products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, convenience foods, alcohol, vegetable products, fried food and nut products, aquatic products, pastries, food additives, edible agricultural products and food and beverage products.
In accordance with the national standards for food safety inspection and determination, including sampling and inspection items qualified samples 391 batches, non-conforming samples 13 batches (see annex), the detection of food additives exceeding the standard, quality indicators are not up to standard, agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard, microbial pollution and so on.
