Some chemical production enterprises within 1 km that have market prospects and meet safety and environmental protection requirements under extreme accident conditions shall be appropriately retained, and stricter measures shall be taken to supervise and ensure the safety of rivers and lakes.

(3) The people's governments of various cities and prefectures should strengthen supervision over existing chemical production enterprises within one kilometer of the coastline of our province.

Policy support(1) Increase financial support.
