In order to promote the resumption of production and work of industrial and mining enterprises, the Provincial Emergency Department issued a notice a few days ago, requiring emergency management departments at all levels to supervise the enterprises to confirm the safety conditions for resumption of production and work, and implement safety risk prevention measures one by one, which may not meet the epidemic prevention and control requirements, etc.
Resumption of production and work shall not be allowed in 7 situations, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of major safety production accidents.
At the same time, the Provincial Emergency Response Department formed 6 inspection teams, which were sent to Dalian, Anshan, Benxi and other key cities to supervise the implementation of plans for resumption of work and production by enterprises, and the inspection and acceptance of supervision departments.
It is reported that since January 20, the province’s emergency management departments at all levels have organized a total of 884 times with 6,443 people participating in safety production guidance services, supervised and helped 3856 companies solve 2,187 problems and safety hazards, and helped 46 companies produce epidemic prevention products.
