Recently, Huangshan City Market Supervision Administration issued a circular on the situation of municipal supervision and random inspections in the third quarter of 2019 in Huangshan City.
In the third quarter of 2019, a total of 63 products in 4 categories including glasses, charging piles, waterproof membranes, construction glue and coatings were randomly inspected.
Among them, there are 10 groups of fitting glasses, 10 groups of qualified, 100% pass rate; 7 groups of waterproof membrane, 7 groups of qualified, 100% pass rate; 23 groups of construction glue, 23 groups of qualified, 100% pass rate; interior wall latex paint 13 groups, 13 qualified groups, the pass rate is 100%; 9 groups of exterior wall latex paint, 7 groups qualified, the pass rate is 78%, and the unqualified index is that the free formaldehyde exceeds the standard.
In this quarter, we sampled two groups of unqualified reasons for exterior wall coatings.
After analysis, the main reasons are: first, there may be illegal additions and use of non-environmental materials; second, weak technological innovation capabilities.
Most brands of paint focus on function promotion, ignoring the improvement of product craftsmanship and quality; third, the management level is low.
Paint production distributors have a large number of small workshops, illegally using the filling mode to "cut corners" to produce counterfeit and shoddy products.
