The project focuses on the development of "parking, refinement, and high-endization" of the chemical industry, with a total budget of 7.
68 billion yuan, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2019.
Yankuang Group's plan is based on the first phase of the Rongxin Chemical Project.
Through the second and third phases of large-scale construction, the coal chemical industry chain will be lengthened, and finally a 5 million tons/year coal-to- methanol production capacity and a series of downstream fine chemicals will be formed.
A coal chemical demonstration base for chemical products, creating a new business card for coal conversion and industrial upgrading.
The project mainly produces 900,000 tons/year of methanol, and uses indirect methods to produce 400,000 tons/year of coal to ethylene glycol.
Part of the methanol is used as the raw material for downstream DMMn to produce 300,000 tons/year of DMMn.
The main construction content of the project includes coal gasification 3 sets of 4000t/d coal water slurry gasifier (single furnace coal input is currently the world's largest gasifier), purification (CO conversion, low-temperature methanol washing, CO cryogenic separation, PSA system Hydrogen), sulfur recovery, 900,000 tons/year methanol plant, 400,000 tons/year ethylene glycol plant, 300,000 tons/year DMMn, 2×92000Nm3/h air separation, 2×380t/h high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler +2×20 MW extraction turbine generator set, public auxiliary equipment and other technological production equipment.
