Inclined rolling ball method initial adhesion tester-Technical literature Tape inclined rolling ball method initial adhesion tester, when there is a brief contact between the steel ball and the sticky surface of the test sample with a small pressure, the adhesive tape, label and other products will stick to stee.
The adhesion of the ball is used to test the initial tack of the sampl.
The principle is to roll a steel ball over the sticky surface of the adhesive tape lying flat on the inclined plat.
According to the size of the large steel ball that the adhesive surface of the specified length can stick to, evaluate its initial viscosity; or roll a steel ball of a specified size through the inclined groove, and measure the rolling distance on the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape on the horizontal plate to evaluate its initial viscosit.
The experimental steps of the initial viscosity tester produced by Jinan Sanquan Zhongshi Experimental Instrument are as follows:Place the adhesive tape sample on the inclined plate with the adhesive side facing u.
Cover the specified part with polyester film as a rolling aid sectio.
The rolling aid section should be flat and free of defects such as bubbles and wrinkle.
The range of 100mm below the rolling section is the test section;Use adhesive tape to fix both sides of the rolling section and the lower end of the sample on the inclined plat.
If necessary, it can also be fixed with adhesive tape along the edges of both sides of the test section, so that the sample can be flatly attached to the board;Use tweezers to clamp the steel ball into the ball release device, and adjust the front and rear positions of the ball release device , so that the center of the steel ball is on the starting line of the rolling aid; gently open the ball opener to observe whether the rolled steel ball is stuck in the test section (stop moving for more than 5s.
From big to small, take steel balls with different ball sizes and carry out appropriate tests until you find a large size steel ball that the test section can stick to;For the formal test, take 3 samples and perform a rolling ball test on each of the large steel ball.
If a certain sample cannot stick to the steel ball, it can be replaced with a steel ball with a ball number smaller than it for a tes.
At the end of the test, the test results are represented by the ball number of the steel bal.
Technical parameters Measurement range 20N, 300N (optional one) Measurement error level 1 Measurement speed 300mm/min (test speed 1-500mm/min range adjustable) Speed error less than ±2% error Sample size 180mm(L)×25mm (B) Test board size 25mm×72mm×3mm(LWH)) Outline size 310mm×400mm×560mm (LWH) Weight 26Kg Environmental requirements Ambient temperature 23±2℃ Relative humidity 80%, non-condensing power supply 220V, 50Hz sloped ball Initial Adhesion Tester - Technical Literature
