      The export food raw material plantation shall go through the filing procedures with the local customs
    .
     
      The plantation plant for the record shall meet the following conditions:

    The land is relatively fixed and contiguous, with natural or artificial isolation belts (nets) surrounding it, which meets the land area requirements determined by the local customs according to the actual situation;
     
      2.
    The air, soil and irrigation water meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and there are no pollution sources that affect the quality and safety of planting materials in and around the plantation field;
     
      3.
