Introduction: at the provincial quality supervision meeting held on June 27, it was learned that in order to strengthen the food safety work, from August 1 this year, our province will use one year to audit the production enterprises of rice, flour, oil, soy sauce and vinegar, and issue the food safety production license to the qualified enterprises After the completion of the examination and certification, any enterprise without a license shall not be allowed to process and produce food; any food without a market access mark shall not be sold According to Wu Changrui, director of the Provincial Bureau of quality supervision, in recent years, food quality and safety problems have become increasingly prominent, the rate of qualified product sampling is low, counterfeiting and shoddy products have been banned repeatedly, and major food accidents have occurred repeatedly In order to ensure food quality and safety from the source, according to the unified requirements of AQSIQ, our province will increase the safety supervision and management of food production and processing field, and establish a market access system for food quality and safety The core content is three systems: one is to implement the quality and safety license system for food production enterprises, and enterprises without food quality and safety license are not allowed to produce food; the other is to implement the compulsory inspection system for the food produced by enterprises, and the food without inspection or unqualified after inspection is not allowed to leave the factory for sale; the third is to attach the market access sign to the food qualified after inspection Since the establishment of food quality and safety market access system involves a wide range of work, our province will first implement this system for rice, flour, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and gradually expand the scope of implementation to all foods At present, our province has completed the investigation of these five kinds of food production enterprises, and will soon carry out the examination and certification work It is reported that our province will also conduct a special investigation on the basic conditions for ensuring the quality of dairy products, beverages, meat products, tea and condiments, so as to prepare for the implementation of the quality and safety market access system for these kinds of food next year.
