    .

    According to the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, calcium β β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate (CaHMB) is the calcium salt
    of β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyric acid (HMB) β-hydroxy-β-methyl butyric acid (HMB).
    HMB is widely found in a variety of foods and is also a secondary metabolite
    of leucine in the human body.
    The product is made of sodium hypochlorite, diacetone alcohol, hydrochloric acid, ethyl acetate, ethanol, calcium hydroxide as the main raw materials, through oxidative synthesis, acidification, extraction, neutralization reaction, centrifugation, drying and other processes
    .

    At present, calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate has been approved for use in
    China, the United States, the European Union, Japan, Singapore and other countries and international organizations.
    In 2011, China approved CaHMB as a new resource food for sports nutrition food and formula food for special medical purposes, with a daily consumption of no more than 3 grams; In 2017, China expanded its scope of use to beverages, milk and dairy products, cocoa products, chocolate and chocolate products, candy, baked goods, sports nutrition foods, formula foods for special medical purposes, and the recommended daily consumption does not exceed 3 grams
    .

    This application is to expand the use, the recommended daily consumption amount ≤ 6 grams / day, production and use should comply with the content of the announcement and the requirements
    of relevant food safety regulations.
    In view of the insufficient safety data of calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate in infants, children, pregnant women and lactating women, from the principle of risk prevention, the above groups should not be consumed, and the label and instruction manual should indicate the unsuitable people
