Global Coatings Network News: On August 21 , the Office of the Hubei Provincial Safety Commission issued the "Emergency Notice on Effectively Doing a Good Job in Safety during the New Round of Heavy Rain", requesting a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the current safety production situation.

According to the latest analysis of meteorological data, it is expected that Hubei will usher in a new round of heavy rainfall in the coming week

The “Notice” requires that the hazardous chemical industry must strictly implement various safety technical regulations, strengthen the monitoring of the temperature, pressure and other parameters of the production, storage and transportation facilities ; and take targeted measures to prevent raw materials and products that are easily decomposed when exposed to humidity or high temperature.
