On November 8, Huatong shares announced that the company recently signed a share transfer agreement with shareholders of Dongyang Huatong Animal Husbandry Co.

According to data, Dongyang Animal Husbandry was established in December 2019 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and its business scope includes livestock breeding and feed production

Huatong said that after the completion of the acquisition, Dongyang Animal Husbandry will change from Huatong’s holding subsidiary to a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Huatong

Huatong shares reminded that at present, Dongyang Animal Husbandry's owner-operated business is pig breeding and faces the risk of product market price fluctuations
