How to use an electric thermostatic incubator

The operator needs to read the instruction manual carefully, understand and be familiar with the incubator before turning on the power supply

Ensure the environmental conditions for the normal operation of the equipment: a.
Ambient temperature: 5~40 °C b.
No strong light, no strong vibration and corrosive gas, good ventilation, relative humidity below
90%.
c.
Use power supply: AC220±10%, 50Hz, equipped with reliable grounding power socket to ensure its normal work and use
.

Check that the equipment is not damaged after unpacking and acceptance, you can follow the following steps: a.
After the equipment is placed in place, if the table (or ground) is uneven, it should be flattened
.
b.
Turn on the power: put the power switch on the control panel in the "1" position, at this time the power indicator is on, the temperature controller has a digital display, and the incubator enters the working state
.

Open the inner and outer doors, put the required cultivation items into the incubator, close the glass inner door, observe that the condition in the working room is normal after the fan is running, and then close the door

Temperature setting: a.
Press the SET button once, at this time the PV screen displays the "SP" character, the SV screen * bit is highlighted, and other bits are flashing; b.
Use to cycle to select the specific bit of the highlight displayed on the SV screen; c.
Use or to change the temperature value displayed on the original SV screen until the value is required; d.
Press the SET key once, the PV screen displays the "ST" character, if the timing function is not used, press the SET key again to make the PV screen display measure the temperature, and the SV screen displays the set temperature
.

If the set temperature is 37 °C, the heating indicator light is on, and it begins to enter the heating state, after a period of time, when the display temperature is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator lights on and off, repeated many times, under normal circumstances, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state
after heating for 90min.

When the required working temperature is low (that is, the set temperature is close to RT+5 °C), the secondary setting method can be used, such as the required working temperature of 30 °C, * the second time to set 28 °C, and so on after the temperature overshoot begins to return, and then set 30 °C twice, which can reduce even the temperature overshoot phenomenon and enter the constant temperature state
as soon as possible.
8.
During the cultivation of items, do not open the glass inner door unless you put or take the contents of the box, especially do not open the inner door for a long time, so as not to affect the temperature
inside the box.
If the door inside the box is opened and closed for a long time, the temperature in the box fluctuates somewhat, which is normal
.
9.
After the incubation is over, turn the power switch to "0" (if you do not take out the item immediately, please do not open the door).

After removing the items, dry the studio with a cloth and keep the incubator clean
inside and out.
