Do you have signs of excessive inflammation? According to research by Scripps Research, a charity in the biomedical field, feeling slightly tired may be a vague but important sign
Scripps' research confirms that people can control and even reverse inflammation
It is strongly recommended that you reduce the amount of refined sugar (that is, added sugar)
The label for added/refined sugar may be:
Corn candy
glucose
fructose
glucose
High fructose syrup
sucrose
The British National Health Service said that Scripps Research Charity recommends eating more foods containing omega-3 fatty acids
Other anti-inflammatory foods include grapes, celery, blueberries, garlic, olive oil, tea and some spices
The charity says a simple rule is to avoid white foods such as white bread, rice and pasta, as well as foods made from sugar and flour
Instead, build a diet around lean protein and high-fiber whole foods
Examples include vegetables, fruits and whole grains, whole wheat pasta, rice and bread
You can also reduce inflammation through regular exercise, whether it's brisk walking, jogging or swimming
It is recommended that you complete about 30 minutes of aerobic exercise and up to 25 minutes of weight training, at least four to five times a week
