    Liver cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the liver, including primary liver cancer and metastatic liver cancer.


    According to Wang Congren, deputy chief physician of the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First Hospital of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, hepatitis B can be prevented and treated through vaccination and antiviral treatment


    Wang Congren introduced that patients with liver cancer should pay attention to the following dietary habits:

    The diet should be nutritious and rich.


    Do not eat moldy food Keep food at home to prevent mildew


    Eat less barbecued and pickled foods Do not eat or eat less foods that contain a lot of nitrosamines, such as sauerkraut, pickles, sausages, barbecue, etc.


    Quit smoking and alcohol.


    Wang Congren introduced that the high-risk groups of liver cancer mainly include: people with hepatitis B virus and/or hepatitis C virus infection, long-term consumption of food contaminated with aflatoxin, liver cirrhosis and a family history of liver cancer, especially those over 40 years old.


    Wang Congren said that the early manifestations of liver cancer are very atypical and easily overlooked
