How to deal with the inaccurate displacement of the tensile testing machine? The tensile testing machine adopts a computer-controlled full-digital broadband electro-hydraulic servo valve to drive a precision hydraulic cylinder.
test
.
So, what should I do if the displacement is inaccurate in the tensile testing machine? Let’s find out with me below
.
1.
Check the displacement sensor of the tensile testing machine Because the tensile testing machine system is a closed-loop system, to determine which part of the system fails, the circuit in the system must be disconnected first to make the system an open-loop system
.
If it is judged that the sensor signal is normal, the feedback signal of the displacement sensor must be disconnected to make the system open-loop
.
At this time, a control actuator movement signal is sent from the workstation, and then the feedback value of the sensor is measured.
After repeating several times, when the feedback data of the sensor is measured as a linear changing line, it is determined that the sensor is normal.
2.
Check the amplifier unit of the tensile testing machine In addition to the failure of the displacement sensor, check whether the amplifier unit is normal
.
Disconnect the output signal of the amplifier unit first
.
Remove the output wiring, add a DC input signal to the amplifier unit through the workstation, and measure the output of the amplifier unit.
After repeated reset, the measured output signal of the amplifier unit changes in a linear trend to determine that the amplifier unit is normal
.
3.
Check the system settings of the tensile testing machine.
The display during work shows that the stroke of the actuator is only ±10mm, which should be ±50mm under normal circumstances.
It is believed that there is a problem with the system settings, and the system needs to be reset
.
After resetting the stroke of the actuator to ±50mm, the displayed value on the display panel of the workstation is still incorrect, so it is believed that this fault can be solved only by re-calibrating the displacement system
.
The above is the relevant introduction to the solution to the inaccurate displacement of the tensile testing machine.
I believe that everyone has a corresponding understanding of this after reading it.
You can use it as a reference and hope to help you
