How can candidates eat healthy and nutritious during the college entrance examination? Chief physician Chen Chaogang, director of the clinical nutrition department of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, pointed out that the recipes during the college entrance examination should not "make a big change", and try to choose ordinary, daily safe and hygienic ingredients.
Breakfast: eat early, eat better
Recipe suggestion:
