    The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department today (March 3) found that the pesticide residue in a potato sample exceeded the legal standard

    The CFS is following up on the incident and reminds the public to properly handle the vegetables before eating them, including washing and soaking them, to reduce the pesticide residue content of the vegetables
