5, the main content of the project construction: the project through the new production plant, the company's annual output of 50,000 tons of epoxy chloropropane project produced by the by-product (crude oxide chloropropane, crude troploropropane) for refining and deep processing, to achieve circular economic development. The project used continuous distillation to distill crude troploropane 99% 1,2,3-triclopropane 3000t/a, and partial distillation to produce 99% 1,2,3-triclopropane using alkali catalytic method2 3-Dchloropropyl 5000t/a, sodium chloride 260t/a;
