On May 22, the 2021 "Shenzhou Dragon Cup · Banquet" cooking competition was held in Jiayin County, a border city
The competition was hosted by the Jiayin County Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Jiayin County People's Government, undertaken by the Jiayin County Market Supervision Administration, and co-organized by the Jiayin County Party Committee Propaganda Department, the Jiayin County Culture, Broadcasting and Tourism Bureau, the Jiayin County Federation of Trade Unions, and Sohu Heilongjiang.
With the theme of "Fresh Foods in Four Seasons, Drunk Beauty in Jiayin", the competition highlights the local four-season cuisine features of Jiayin County's "Fresh Taste in Spring", "Health in Summer", "Taste in Autumn" and "Fragrant Food in Winter".
The competition also invited five national-level cooking masters, Zhang Keshan, Liu Junyi, Luan Ruibin, Zhu Guanghui, and Dong Hui, to serve as judges to taste, rate, and guide the dishes cooked by the contestants
