News from this website In order to further strengthen the food safety work in schools and surrounding areas and ensure the health and life safety of teachers and students, the Market Supervision Bureau of Yuanshi County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province has carried out special supervision and inspection work on the food safety of school canteens and surrounding areas

This special inspection is based on the purpose of the special action plan of "keeping the bottom line, checking hidden dangers, and ensuring safety" carried out by the national and provincial and municipal bureaus, with daily supervision and special rectification as the starting point, and problem investigation as the guide to supervise the implementation of food safety subjects.

First, the special inspection is conducted on the management of the campus canteen, the storage of food in the warehouse, the health of employees, the implementation of the purchase inspection system, the standardization of food processing, the management and use of food additives, the retention of dishes, and the cleaning and disinfection of tableware.

In this inspection, the county inspected more than 40 school canteens and more than 20 canteens around the school, and issued 4 rectification notices
