Notice of the Drug Review Center of the State Food and Drug Administration on the issuance of the Technical Guidelines for the Design and Evaluation of the Taste of Drugs for Children (Trial) (No.
37 of 2022)

In order to further encourage the development and production of children's drugs, meet children's drug needs, and ensure the safety of children's drugs, under the deployment of the State Medical Products Administration, the Drug Review Center organized and formulated the "Technical Guidelines for the Design and Evaluation of the Taste of Children's Drugs (Trial)" (see annex).

In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Comprehensive Department of the State Food and Drug Administration on the Procedures for Issuing Technical Guidelines for Drugs (NMPA [2020] No.
9), it is hereby issued with the review and consent of the NMPA and shall come into force
on the date of promulgation.
