Director Li Qijian I'm very glad to be able to come to our "food, medicine, news and reception hall" It should be said that the state attaches great importance to food safety sampling Large scale food safety sampling monitoring is also the Chinese characteristics of food safety supervision The 13th five year plan also made a clear statement about this, that is to say, four times per thousand people put forward such a goal As far as our general administration is concerned, the sampling tasks arranged every year are more than one million batches Now we have focused on four measures in our work The first is to adhere to the Four Unifications The so-called Four Unifications, the first of which is to formulate a unified sampling plan At the national, provincial, municipal and county levels, the General Administration will work out a unified sampling plan for joint implementation The second is to schedule the random inspection tasks After the completion of the sampling plan, we are required to work together to implement it The third unification is called uniform standard of procedure Our four levels should follow the unified procedures, the unified sampling monitoring specifications, the verification and disposal specifications, including our information disclosure procedures The fourth unification is the unified data analysis Now is the era of big data, and we will form a large number of data through sampling monitoring We need to find risks, solve problems, propose regulatory measures and implement intelligent supervision through the analysis of big data, which is the first measure The second measure is to adhere to the four-level linkage That is to say, at the national, provincial, municipal and county levels, we need to work around this unified plan, with a reasonable division of labor and different priorities, and then work together The third measure is to adhere to the combination of regular and specialized work The so-called Chang emphasizes coverage At present, we have put forward five coverage, the first is regional coverage, the second is production enterprise coverage, the third is food variety coverage, the fourth is project coverage sampling project coverage, and the fifth is mainly business type coverage In that college, we emphasize problem orientation, mainly focusing on key varieties, key regions and key projects in combination with our daily inspection This is the third measure we should adhere to, which is called the combination of regular and specialized work Host What's the fourth measure?
