Health Care Commission: 17 new confirmed 11 cases are imported from abroad

From 0:24 pm on February 17th, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 11 new confirmed cases, all of which were imported from abroad (4 cases in Shanghai, 3 cases in Guangdong, 2 cases in Sichuan, 1 case in Heilongjiang and 1 case in Hubei);
, 48 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 426 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of serious cases was the same as the previous day.
217 confirmed cases (of which 2 are serious cases) and 6 suspected cases have been imported from outside China. A total of 4903 confirmed cases, a total of 4686 cases cured out of hospital, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on February 17, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 520 confirmed cases (of which 10 were serious cases), 84,650 cases had been cured and discharged from hospital, 4636 cumulative deaths had been reported, 89,806 confirmed cases had been reported and 6 suspected cases had been reported. A total of 974,949 close contacts were traced, and 8,347 close contacts were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 20 new cases of asymptomatic infection (all imported from abroad);
received a total of 11798 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
10,812 cases (10,270 discharges and 197 deaths), 48 cases (46 discharges) in the Macao Special Administrative Region, and 938 cases (879 discharges and 9 deaths) in
regions were reported.
